What is OMR Sheet ?
The full form of OMR sheet is “Optical Mark Reader”. OMR sheet is a specially designed paper or form which is used in many competitive examinations to solve multiple choice questions.
In the examinations, the OMR sheet is filled by the candidate with the help of pen in the circle or box which indicates a correct answer. For each question, 4 boxes / options are given in the OMR sheet, in which the candidate fills the correct option of the question in that box / circle with the help of pen or pencil.
Once the OMR sheets are filled, they are scanned with the help of OMR scanner, which uses optical sensors to read the marked bubbles or boxes.
